YEAR 4 AND BRASS BAND CONCERT – THURSDAY 10TH JULY
We look forward to welcoming you to our Year 4 and Brass Band Concert tomorrow, Thursday 10th July starting at 2.15pm. You are in for a real treat!
UNIFORM FOR SEPTEMBER
I would like to remind parents of the following:
Due to limited space in the cloakrooms, only school book bags (or small alternative in KS2) are allowed.
Children should only be bringing in a small pencil case.
Boys Uniform – black/grey trousers or shorts, white or yellow polo shirt, black school shoes and a school jumper (available from NU Uniform in Chorley).
Girls Uniform – checked yellow or green summer dress or navy/grey skirt, white or yellow polo shirt, white socks, black school shoes and a school jumper or cardigan (available from NU Uniform in Chorley).
Please ensure everything is labelled clearly with your child’s name to avoid it ending up in the lost property box.
SCHOOL LIBRARY BOOKS
We are now collecting in all school library books. Please ensure thay are returned as soon as possible.
YEAR 6 PRODUCTION – GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS
The Year 6 children will be performing their end of year performance ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ on Tuesday 15th July. The Performance will start at 6.30pm. Entry to the performance is free, but as usual a collection will be held at the end of the performance.

Daniel in Year 6 received the top goalscorer trophy.
Ewan in Year 4 received the most improved player trophy.

RIGHTSTART ROAD SAFETY COURSE
Well done to everyone in Reception who received a certificate for completing the RightStart Road Safety Course.
LAST WEEK’S HOUSE POINT WINNERS – YELLOW HOUSE – WELL DONE!
Children seem to enjoy the social life the Walking Bus offers each morning.
A member of staff will arrive at the Spar at approximately 8.25am and leave promptly at 8.30am for school, with no stopping en-route to pick up additional children. Please see Mr Caunce for more information.
