The children all slept really well last night! I had the pleasure of waking 3 out of 4 rooms up this morning!
Late breakfast today – 8.35!
We had a sneaky check of the stats from the blog last night and it looks like it’s going down well at home. 665 hits yesterday – WOW!
Thanks for all the messages too.
Darcey’s breakfast outfit!!!!
Another water baby has sprung a leak!
On the water!
Sorry if you can’t find your child – they move too quickly on the water, compared to me on the lake’s edge! Smiles and giggles all round. Currently playing a group game. The instructor shouts out a category and the children have to get in the correct groups. Eye colour, shoe size, etc. Those in the wrong group get ‘liquid encouragement’ although nobody really minds. In fact, I’m sure some are in the wrong groups on purpose! It is scorching!!!
They then had to get properly wet!!
Team picture – the children are buzzing about this session!
Ready for a picnic lunch.
Picnic in the orchard
I am here! Look closely ;0)
Lunch arrives. Thanks Max
About to start the afternoon activities. Giant swing and rifle shooting.
Beautiful scenery, amazing weather, terrific company!
We will be starting our last evening activity shortly. We’ve swapped from flag games to campfire since they’re such a musical/tuneful lot.
The children are just starting to do a bit of packing to make the job a little easier in the morning.
Just writing our thank you for our wonderful groupie Karina. She’s been fab and the children really like her.
Campfire – a lovely way to spend our last night together.
4 very tired teachers are about to climb into bed. The children have once again been wonderful. You would be so proud of their behaviour, manners and go get ’em attitude.
Over and out for tonight!
