This policy sets out how Primrose Hill Primary School (“Primrose Hill”) will treat information we learn about you when you visit our website at (“Website”).

This policy (together with our Data Protection Statement and our Website Terms and Conditions) set out the basis on which any personal data from visitors to our Website is collected.

(1) What Information Do We Collect?

Primrose Hill may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information about individuals who visit and use the Website.:

However, such information is collected anonymously and NOT linked to information that identifies you as an individual.
  • Information relating to any transactions carried out between you and Primrose Hill on or in relation to this Website, including information relating to any payments you make for services (such as payments to attend social events, theatre events or sporting activities). Credit card data is gathered using SSL encryption technology and automatically deleted after 90 days.

All electronic transactions containing credit card details you make to us through the website will be encrypted using SSL technology.

However, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and Primrose Hill cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
