The pupils have had a ‘rubbish’ day at Primrose Hill today. We were visited by Global Renewables, who delivered an inspiring workshop to year 4 pupils looking at ways to minimise our waste and improve the environment. Global Renewables then delivered a fantastic assembly, which helped us all think a little bit more about the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We even found out that Manchester United Football Club do a great job of helping the environment – their football shirts are made from recycled plastic milk bottles! Some would say that’s not the only rubbish on display at Old Trafford (for clarification that is not my view!). Thank you to Global Renewables for inspiring us all to be environmentally friendly at Primrose Hill.
