Complaints

We want to listen, understand and help

At Euxton Primrose Hill Primary School, we value positive relationships with our families. If you have a concern about your child's education or something that has happened in school, please talk to us.

We take concerns seriously and will always try to resolve them as quickly and informally as possible.

How do I raise a concern?

In the first instance, please speak to your child's class teacher or contact the school office.

You can contact us by:

Telephone: 01257 276688
Email: office@primrosehill-euxton.lancs.sch.uk

If you would prefer not to speak to a particular member of staff, please let us know and we will arrange for someone else to support you.

Most complaints can be resolved at the infomal stage.

If your concern is not resolved

If you remain dissatisfied after raising your concern informally, you can make a formal complaint through our complaints procedure.

Our complaints procedure has two stages:

Stage 1: Formal complaint investigated by the school.

Stage 2: Review by the Governing Board's complaints committee. This is the final stage of our school's procedure.

Important

If your concern relates to the safety or welfare of a child, please contact our safeguarding team rather than waiting to make a formal complaint.
